Step by Step
- Access the "Live Auction Cockpit”.
- At the top will be presented the Auction header data as: Name, Auction Number, Currency, Start Date, End Date, Rule Profile, Auctioneer name and Time Remaining.
- Below the header, there will be a table with general information of each item auctioned.
- The "Item" informs the item number
- The "Description" column tells you the name of the item
- The "Quantity" reports the total amount of the item
- The "Price Unit" informs the unit of measure of the item
- A "Start Price" column indicates the amount of reference in the initial price. For example, if the "Price Unit" field is equal to 2, means that 2 Units of the Item equals to the price of value entered in the "Next Quote".
- The "Start Price" tells the initial value of the item.
- The "Decrement/Increment” column reports:
- In Reverse Auctions: the value of the minimum reduction for each new bid.
- In Direct auctions: Reports the value of the minimum increment for each new bid.
- The "Company Ranking" indicates the position of your business in each item.
- The "My bid" reports the value of the last bid sent by your user, per unit price.
- The "My bid value" reports the value of the last bid sent by your user multiplied by the amount reported in the "Quantity".
- The "Best Bid" reports the value of the best bid on each item sent.
- The “Company Best Bid" column tells you the best bid submitted by your company, and may not match the best bid sent by your user.
- The “Next Valid Bid" column reports the maximum value for that move.
- In the "Bid Price" column should be inserted the value of your bids.
- Below the table, there will be an area where the user will have access to detailed data for each item, and you can track the history of bids through a table or through diagrams. In this area there are 4 buttons on the left, "Details", "History", "Charts" and "Calculation".
Note: Due to the proceeding confidentiality, the names of other companies that submitted bids is not displayed by the system.

Warning 1: Always check the time remaining on the timer. When the auction reaches the final stage is at the discretion of Petrobras to extend the auction time. In case of bid submission in the final minutes of the auction, the system can extend the end of the event for the period stated by the auctioneer. In this case a warning window will open with the message extension.
Warning 2: The auction will be considered closed only when you see status (Finished) next to the remaining time. If the timer becomes zero and the status of the auction does not change, close the Auction Monitor Live and re-enter.
