Short Guide - Electronic Quotes

Objective

This topic allows the user to access the supplier collaboration room by the tab "Header".

Step by Step

  1. Access the menu "Electronic Quotes" and then the submenu "Opportunity Board".
  2. In the "Opportunities" tab, click the link for the opportunity you want to access.
  3. At the "Display opportunity", the tabs "Header", "Items" and buttons "Refresh", "Opportunity report", "Create" and "Collaboration Room" will be presented.
  4. Click the "Header" tab and then on "Notes and Attachments”.
  5. This displays the sections “Notes", "Attachments" and "Collaboration".
  6. In the "Collaboration", click the link "Collaboration Room" to insert attachments or send messages to the buyer.

Attention: The collaboration room access can also be performed as follows:

  1. At the "View Opportunity", the tabs "Header", "Items" and buttons "Refresh", "Summary of opportunity", "Create"and "Collaboration Room” will be presented.
  2. Click the “Collaboration Room”.
  3. You'll be taken to the Collaboration Room to view or send messages and attachments.
