The new pilot solution of the Petronect Portal for publishing Petrobras bidding waiver processes is now live. With it, you can access the open requisitions and express your interest quickly, safely, and directly by accessing the logged-in area.
The families available at this first stage are: Threaded Rod
– 98010046 | Stud Bolt – 98010335 | Pressure Transmitter – 98010426
Here, the goal is to make it easier for you to consult the open bidding waiver processes.
Tips for using the search
Use the "Search for" field to search requisitions based on the item description.

Participation guidelines
I ALREADY have a registration with Petronect
Follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Petronect Portal
- Access the Cotações Eletrônicas menu
- Access Compras-e
- Search for opportunities using the Processos Disponíveis panel
- Use filters to find the requisitions of interest.
- When viewing the process data and following the Compras-e flow, click the Adicionar Proposta button.
- Fill in the fields and submit your proposal.
I DO NOT have a registration with Petronect
Click the “Start Identification” button to create your Partial Registration.
Important: If you are a Brazilian supplier, to participate in public bids it is necessary to validate your e-CNPJ or register through “Quer se Cadastrar” and obtain approval in the Legal Criteria.
